How to Request A Return?
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is the process of having your order items (generally a painting purchased from us) revised, replaced or in order to receive a refund from us within 30 days money back period.
Before to apply returns, you have to contact us and request RMA.
How to request a RMA?
Step 1, Find your order on "My Account" panel:
Login to your account panel ==> view "My Account" block at your left hand ==> click link "My Orders" ;

Step 2. View order details and request RMA:
Click "View Order":
Click "Request RMA":
Choose options and submit your request:
Your request has been submitted:
Step 3. After above 2 steps, you'll receive our approval in 24 hours
When you received a RMA approved email, please login to your Account Panel again, you'll see your request's status changed to "Approved", and there are 3 button on top-right: "Print Lable", "Confirm Shipping" and "Cancel".
Firstly, click "Print Label" to check your contact info and address, if anything is ok, then print a RMA label and enclose to your shipping package;
Secondly, send the return package to our RMA address;

When package shipped, click "Confirm Shipping":


Step 4. We resolve your problems
When we received the return items, we'll arrange "revise", "replacement" or "return" your payment in 24 hours

During requesting, you'll be updated by email, and if any problems you have please contact our RMA department for help.
