We look at all the factors involved – the package size limitation, where it’s going – and then we select the best mode in terms of economy, delivery time, and the risk of loss or damage.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 Days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of your order. We do ask a feedback from customer who apply returns, we just want to know why customer unhappy, so improve our service in future, BUT NO HASSLE for any returns for replacement, revision and refund.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Prior to return, please make sure you have got a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from us. Any unauthorised returns would not be accepted. Don't worry, all request will be approved, the only thing you are required is follow our RMA procedure to return order to us.
