SAFE SHOPPING GUARANTEE
We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at Odsan Art Gallery.
Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, We will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made while using the secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
DELIVERY TIME
Our standard processing time for all orders is approximately 10 - 15 business days (14~21 Days). Therefore to get an accurate idea of the total delivery time for your order, take note of this simple equation:
PROCESSING TIME + SHIPPING TIME = DELIVERY TIME
Shipping time for international orders shipped via couriers UPS, DHL, FedEx and TNT is about 3 - 5 days, via Hong Kong Airmail is about 5 - 10 days.
INTERNATIONAL IMPORT DUTIES
Our international shipping charge (pay by us, free shipping for you) does not include applicable import duties or taxes that are due upon entry into the destination country. If the destination country imposes import duties and/or taxes, the customer is responsible for their payment.
PACKAGING
If you purchased the framed paintings, the items will be packaged in bubble wrap and shipped in a double wall carton box; In case your ordered the unframed painting only, the paintings will be rolled inside a tube.
MISLABELING
Odsan Art Gallery makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of product information. However, on occasion there may be mistakes - a painting we attribute to Monet, for example, may actually have been painted by someone else. These kind of errors are rare, and merely an unfortunate result of having a catalogue of over 10,000 pictures (and growing)
However, rest assured that the picture you order will be delivered to you, as our product codes (SKU number) match the images, not the product name, so if you like the look of something and order it on that basis, that is exactly what you will get.
ORDER VERIFICATION
Upon shipment of your order, we will forward you an electronic receipt via e-mail which will breakdown all charges and give you the total amount of your bill. If you do not receive verification, it may be your order was either not processed or that you are unable to receive emails from us (an occasional issue). Please let us know if this is the case so we can send via alternative email accounts.
SHIPPING DELAYS & DELIVERIES
We recommend that you wait until the end of the estimated delivery time range before you inquire with us as to your order´s status. While we have the utmost faith in our shipping and delivery partners, some delays and problems can occur from time to time. Below are some solutions and answers to some of the more common problems.
DELIVERY DELAYS
Below are several of the common reasons a delivery is delayed, and in many cases results in the original shipment being returned to our distribution center. In all these cases you will be contacted immediately and the situation will be resolved.
* Incorrect or invalid shipping address
* Recipient unavailable to receive delivery
* Shipment damaged/destroyed in transit
* Painting not yet approved by customer
LOST SHIPMENTS
If you feel that your shipment has been lost, please contact us immediately and we will trace the shipment and determine if it is actually lost or just delayed. If it is lost, a replacement order will be processed and shipped at top priority.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Your satisfaction is guaranteed when shopping at Odsan Art Gallery.
Firstly, if requested by you, we will send you photos of the completed painting to review and comment upon. Any changes requested are made so at no extra cost. If, in the event the customer was still unhappy with the painting after several rounds of improvements we would refund the order.
Secondly, if in the unlikely event the painting was approved based on the photos but found to be unsatisfactory upon receipt, the painting can be returned to us for a full refund. We say unlikely as the photos rarely do the paintings justice, and customers are nearly always much more pleased with the painting than they expected to be from viewing the photos.
Finally, don´t forget that you are always protected by Paypal and your credit card company against fraud.
PROCEDURE
You must follow this return procedure in order to receive proper instructions and return authorization (RMA). Customer would not pay return shipping charge unless there is a major error of customer.
ITEMS RETURNED DAMAGED
We gladly accept any returns that follow the above return guidelines. However, art products are very delicate, meaning you need to take extreme measures to ensure the items are returned undamaged. If we do receive a damaged item as a return and we are unable to re-enter the item into our inventory, then we can offer you the option of the following remedies:
1) We can return the items(s) to you at no further charge.
2) We can refund you 50% of the purchase price of the items(s)
